Andrew currently serves as the VP of Sales @GuideSpark, the leading Content-as-a-Service solution to enable employers to accelerate purpose driven engagement with its employees. He also currently serves as an Advisor to both ToutApp and Take the Interview, helping drive sales acceleration and talent acceleation, respectively.

Prior to Guidespark, he served as the VP of Sales Development + Pipeline @Responsys and helped lead the company to an acquisition by Oracle for $1.6 billion.

He has proven to be an effective leader, mentor and sales professional throughout his career. When not working, Andrew can be found trail running on Mt. Tamalpais with his dog Viriginia or spending time with his family at the local farmers market
